(A.) Introduction

Please read these terms of sale carefully.   

You will be asked to expressly agree to these terms of sale before you place an order for products from our website.   

(B.) Interpretation

In these terms of sale, "we" means Knightly Gaming and anyone permitted to sell on our behalf as per agreed contractual terms, (and "us" and "our" will be construed accordingly); and "you" means our customer or potential customer for products (and "your" will be construed accordingly).

(C.) Order process

The advertising of products on our website constitutes an "invitation to treat"; and your order for products constitutes a contractual offer.  No contract will come into force between you and us unless and until we accept your order in accordance with the procedure detailed below.

In order to enter into a contract to purchase products from us, you will need to take the following steps:
(i) you must add any the products you wish to purchase to your shopping cart, and then proceed to the checkout;
(ii) if you are a new customer, you must then create an account with us and log in; if you are an existing customer, you must enter your login details;
(iii) once you are logged in, you must select your preferred method of delivery and confirm your order and your consent to these terms of sale;
(iv) you will be transferred to the PayPal website, and PayPal will handle your payment;
(v) we will then send you an initial acknowledgment; and
(vi) once we have checked whether we are able to meet your order, we will either send you an order confirmation (at which point your order will become a binding contract) or we will confirm by email that we are unable to meet your order, and thereupon discuss terms on either credit for a different purchase or a refund.

We will not file a copy of these terms of sale specifically in relation to your order. We may update the version of these terms of sale on the website from time to time, and we do not guarantee that the version you have agreed to will remain accessible. We therefore recommend that you download, print and retain a copy of these terms of sale for your records.

The only language in which we provide these terms of sale is English. Any translations provided by any service other than an authorized representative on our behalf is relied upon at your own detriment, and we accept no responsibility for such.

Before you place your order, you will have the opportunity of identifying whether you have made any input errors (e.g. by way of confirmation) and in the event that you have entered incorrect information, you may seek to rectify this data provided before such a time when we send you confirmation of your order being dispatched by this service.

Note: Substantial changes to the products or their postage and handling may incur in varying costs to those originally proposed. We will strive to provide you with an updated figure as soon as you have provided us with the correct details in question.

(D.) The products

We sell a variety of specialist hobbygames; card, roleplaying, board and wargames as well as related accessories, toys and other gifts.

(E.) Price and payment

Prices may be revised from time to time, to reflect offers or rising costs. We will endeavour to update our site in a timely fashion. If a price for a product has been stated and you have completed your order process, the order will be processed at the price agreed upon. Any further revisions to price will be active on any orders that have currently not been placed, even if such orders are already in your basket.

(F.) Our warranties

We offer no extended warranty service on our products beyond that which is required by law or provided by the manufacturer/publisher of the product.

(G.) Delivery policy and returns

We endeavour to deliver our products in a timely manner as per the postage options selected. Any estimates on time for deliveries are purely estimated and such times may vary in actuality as per the conditions and circumstances faced by the Delivery Company or service. We accept no responsibility for any delays or loss or damage of goods after we have provided the items for delivery to the detailed delivery service.

Any product you are dissatisfied with or otherwise unhappy will not be accepted as being returned until such a time that we agree to accept it. The return of the product will be at your cost and details on where to send the product to will be discussed.

No return or refund will be offered or accepted for digital goods or goods we have deemed used and unfit for resale. In such occasions, part credit may be discussed with Knightly Gaming. Procedure to discuss returns is as follows:
(i) contact our sales team directly by email Sales@knightlygaming.co.uk
(ii) include full details of your purchase including the invoice number; our sales team will then provide further information on what we require from you to speed up the returns process.

(H.) Risk and ownership

We sell all goods in new/used condition:
(i) where the product is new, the official description of the product as per those provided by the manufacturer will be listed. In the event that this proves inaccurate, liability of such lies with the producer of said product and not with Us
(ii) where the product is used or is otherwise in a condition where it is not sealed and packaged as new, We will strive to provide the most accurate description possible of the product.

All purchases are made at your own risk and We do not accept responsibility for any further dissatisfaction from our products beyond those detailed on our website.

Where ownership of the product is concerned; Knightly Gaming accepts the product as being in your ownership from the moment the product is successfully despatched via postal delivery.

(I.) Statutory rights

No term listed on this policy may go against your statutory rights as dictated by the laws of the locality of the seller, Knightly Gaaming. If such a disparity occurs, your Statutory Rights will always take precedence.

For the purposes of reference, Knightly Gaming is governed under the laws and policies of Scotland and the statutes of the United Kingdom of Great Britain, Scotland and Northern Ireland.

(J.) Refunds policy

Our refund policy is as follows:
(i) you must contact our sales team within 7 working days of receipt of goods or as soon as possible via Knightlygaming@hotmail.co.uk
(ii) you will be expected to provide full details of your order as well as several other details regarding your reason for requesting the refund
(iii) a decision will be made based on the information you provide and further details will be sent via email by our sales team.

We are willing to do part exchange on other goods if you so desire, providing the original goods are returned in a satisfactory condition that merits resale; again contact our sales team to discuss this further.

Returns are outlined in section (G) above.

(K.) Your warranties as a customer

Confirmation of use of our services confirms the following of you, the customer:
(i) you accept to abide by our terms and conditions
(ii) accepting and confirming an order of purchase signifies that there has been sufficient effort made to draw your attention to these terms and conditions and that you have read and understood them
(iii) you the customer understand and agree to the description of the products as stated
(iv) you the customer agree to act in an honest manner at all times, and are respectful and courteous to all members of Knightly Gaming staff.

(L.) Limitations and exclusions of liability

Knightly Gaming does not accept liability for any new and sealed product for not matching the details of said product as provided by the manufacturer.

Knightly Gaming does not accept any liability for the dangerous use of any product we sell, or the use of the product in a manner in which it was not intended. Any injury suffered consequently will be due to the actions of you yourself.

Knightly Gaming accepts any liabilities instilled upon it by relevant Statutes and Law as detailed previously in its relevant local jurisdiction.
